KERNEL | STUDIO is an independent web development studio operated by Sandzhar Avazmatov as an F-skatt registered sole proprietorship in Sweden. We build websites for small businesses globally. For privacy-related inquiries, contact us at kernelstudio1@gmail.com.

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our contact form: your name, email address, project type, budget range, and message. We do not collect any data automatically beyond what is necessary to operate the website.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate about potential projects. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry) under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). For ongoing client work, processing is based on the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b).
5. Data storage and retention
Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (email delivery service) directly to our inbox. We do not store form submissions in any database. We retain contact submissions for up to 24 months unless deletion is requested earlier.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at kernelstudio1@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (IMY): imy.se.
